Staff is friendly & accommodating. I called front desk for a blow dryer & they delivered it right away. I opted for the breakfast included w/ King Room & when I checked in I received vouchers I could use each morning

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our transport to the airport was super early and our return flight was really late. Transportation was always readily available and the drivers were excellent. We will stay here any time we have flights out of Cleveland now!

Staff was accommodating and friendly. The location was great, room was clean and we felt safe there.

Airport shuttle is run in an efficient way. Did not doubt I would get to the airport when I needed.
